It is preferable to dry clean our products and store them in a cotton cloth when placed in the wardrobe.
Q: How can I soften the stiffness in starched sarees?
Starched sarees can be softened using various methods:
- To retain some stiffness while softening the saree, steam iron it using the appropriate setting for the fabric.
- To completely remove starch, soak the saree in cold water for 30 minutes, then rinse, dry, and steam iron it.
- For heavily starched sarees, add half a cup of distilled white vinegar to a bucket of cold water and soak the saree for 30 minutes. Then rinse, dry, and steam iron it to achieve a soft and starch-free result.
